Features for our dispersion Kneader:
1).Rubber& plastic and other additives in a sealed pressurized and temperature controlled conditions, for rubber mixing or plastic mixing, with high efficiency, materials uniformly dispersed, high quality and no environment pollution. It is very easy to change batch materials, color, and clean.
2). Rotor shaft, and pressure lid and other parts are jacket structure. If the temperature is too high for materials, put through the cooling water for cooling. With electric heater at the bottom of mixing chamber to meet the technological requirements of plastic mixing. The materials processed feature good and stable quality.
3). Spiral angle and working length of the rotor convex edge are designed perfectly reasonable, to achieve the best materials dispersion effect. The rotor edge wing is wear-resistance hard cast alloy welded. All mixing chamber, rotor, and pressure lid that directly contact with the materials by polished after the hard chromium plating, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion.
